We are going to have a little fun and do a logo contest!
Sharpen your sketching skills and design a logo for our young chapter. Bring it to the April 18th meeting at Baskervill. The winner will receive a $25 gift card to Applebees Restaurant and all bragging rights!
Rules are as follows:
- Logo must be on paper. Design it on the computer, napkin, whatever… just as long as what you bring to the meeting is on paper. (you can mount the paper to foam core board or other rigid backing if you like)
- You can submit as many as you design… go to town and bring one or a dozen.
- No names: please don’t write your name on the logo. We will assign it a number for voting.
- Incorporation of the national ASPE logo into your design must not change the ASPE national logo in any way. We must be diligent in that the ASPE (national) logo cannot be compromised in any way that would nullify our trademark protection. Any final design can incorporate the ASPE logo, but it must be the trademarked logo used without any alterations whatsoever (see attached jpg files for your use). Before implementing the use of the winning design, it will be submitted to the Society Business Office for final approval.
Entries will be on display during the meeting. Voting (by members in attendance) will take place during the course of the meeting. Votes will be counted and the winner will be announced at the end of the meeting.
